HSA follow ups
A couple reader follow ups from my post on HSA’s last week:
“Dude on your newsletter, I just found out the options for funding your HSA and letting it grow. You can allocate its investments just like a 401k and you can use it for health related spending forever! And you know where you will have health costs? Retirement.” - Sarah
“But I wanted to say this was a great topic! I have wondered about the benefits of HSAs. It does sound like it's worth considering…I've really liked my FSAs but I tend to be conservative in the amount I contribute because I'm afraid of losing the money or having to spend it on something I don't really need.” - Brett
Even the WSJ had a column on HSAs and mentioned that in some states HSA contributions can qualify for tax breaks in certain states. Learn something new everyday!
